Privacy Policy

We built EulogyCraft for a painful moment. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can ask us to delete information.

What you submit

When you use the eulogy tool, you provide names, relationship details, memories, and preferences. We store drafts so you can return to a preview and, when checkout is available, unlock the same document. We do not publish your submissions or use them to train public models.

Technical data

We record limited analytics events (page views, tool use, paywall steps) with a random session identifier, A/B variant, and referrer host. We hash IP addresses with a server secret to enforce daily free limits and abuse throttles. We do not sell personal information.

Email addresses

If you leave an email at checkout, we store it to send receipts and unlock links and to tell you when checkout opens. You can ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected].

Cloudflare services

The site runs on Cloudflare Pages with D1 storage, Turnstile for bot protection, and Google Analytics for site usage measurement. Their processing is governed by their policies.

Retention and deletion

Drafts and events are kept as long as needed to operate the service and understand aggregate usage. Contact [email protected] to request deletion of your draft or email address.

Children

EulogyCraft is not directed at children under 13.
